OUR COMPANY STORY - The Founder
Welcome to the world of ELMER®, a third-generation electromechanical company. Founded by Guglielmo Scianna in Tripoli (Libya) in 1947; we were forced to move to Rome (Italy) after the Green Square revolution in 1972. Currently based in Rieti, a beautiful old town, very close to the "Eternal City", we are still working after 65 years.
